I first fell in love with Phoebe after watching Tomorrow When the War Began, she played Fi who was by far the most amusing & lovable character of the bunch... Afterwards she was spotted on a few eps of Home and Away (I was so sad to see her go) but now she stars in Vampire Diaries and is besties with Teresa Palmer - I'd say that makes her Australia's next It Girl.
